📌 OVERVIEW

SME Clinic is recruiting on behalf of its client, a fully integrated, multidisciplinary security and facilities management company, for the position of Business Development Officer.

The successful candidate will drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships and supporting the expansion of the company’s security and facilities management services.

The role requires a proactive and commercially minded professional who can understand client needs, develop suitable solutions, prepare proposals and contribute to the company’s growth.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
• Meet prospective clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable services.
• Coordinate the preparation of proposals, tenders and presentations.
• Follow up on opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Monitor market developments and report on sales activity.

🎓 REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of a Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or Sales.
• A valid driver’s licence is a must, with adequate driving experience.
• Experience in business development, sales or account management.
• Strong communication, negotiation and proposal-writing skills.
• Experience in security or facilities management will be an advantage.
