🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Welcome, greet and direct visitors appropriately.
• Notify staff when visitors arrive.
• Answer and respond to incoming calls professionally.
• Provide accurate information to visitors and callers.
• Receive, sort and distribute mail and deliveries.
• Facilitate meetings and appointments.
• Maintain employee and department directories.
• Maintain visitor logs and support reception-area security.
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organised and presentable.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Alert security personnel to potential security threats.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

Applicants must have:

• Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE)
• Certificate in Customer Service Management or Front Office
• At least 1 year of practical experience
