Position: Marketing Development Officer

Office Plus Limited is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Development Officer to join our team at our Blantyre branch. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth through effictive marketing strategies and client engagement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote company products and services Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline) Prepare reports on marketing performance and sales growth Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company targets Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and client meetings

REQUIREMENTS

A certificate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field A diploma in a related field will be an added advantage Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and meet targets Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms Good organizational and reporting skills.
