The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is looking for a National PSEAH Officer to lead prevention and response efforts against Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (SEA) and Sexual Harassment (SH) in Malawi
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate PSEAH efforts with gov't, UN, and partners
- Develop and implement PSEAH training plans
- Support victim/survivor assistance and referrals
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation measures
- Participate in interagency PSEA Networks
Requirements
- Master's degree in Law, Psychology, Social Sciences, or related field
- 2+ years in protection, GBV, or humanitarian affairs
- Experience in SEA/SH case management and coordination
- Strong communication and training skills
