CLINICAL HEALTH OFFICER

BACKGROUND Nafuse Health Center, Mbewe Village, Malawi. Our AIM Foundation is looking for a dedicated Clinical Health Officer to support healthcare delivery at Nafuse Health Center in Malawi. You will help provide quality patient care, support clinical operations, coordinate healthcare programs, and participate in community health initiatives that improve lives across rural communities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES. 1.Conduct patient assessments, diagnosis, and treatment. 2.Support healthcare programs and outreach services. 3.Maintain clinical records and reporting systems. 4.Ensure infection prevention and clinical compliance. 5.Participate in mobile clinics and community health education. 6.Support healthcare staff training and quality improvement initiatives. 7. Coordinate referrals, follow-up care, and patient support. REQUIREMENTS. 1.Relevant clinical qualification and registration. 2.Experience in clinical service delivery and patient care. 3.Strong communication and teamwork skills. 4.Commitment to ethical healthcare practices. 5.Ability to work in rural and community healthcare settings
