POSITION: Consultant for MEL Framework and Baseline Study Location: Rumphi, Malawi

OVERVIEW The Hunger Project (THP) is seeking a consultant to finalize the MEL framework, deliver staff training, and lead a baseline study for the THRIVE programme in Malawi.

Objectives

• Strengthen THP's Theory of Change.
• Enhance learning and adaptive management.
• Ensure robust, context-sensitive data collection in rural communities.

Scope of Work

• Finalize the MEL framework for THRIVE programme.
• Deliver staff training on MEL framework and data collection.
• Lead a baseline study in rural communities around Nyika National Park.

Requirements

• Experience in MEL framework development.
• Strong understanding of community-led development approaches.
• Experience working with rural communities in Malawi.
• Strong analytical and training skills.
