Working closely with the founder, the successful candidate will lead community growth, engagement, culture, and strategic initiatives while helping establish DreamanDo as one of the most trusted brands in international education.

The Role
The Community Manager will be responsible for creating an engaging, supportive, and vibrant community that encourages meaningful interactions before, during, and after students’ study abroad experiences.

This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, creativity, strong communication skills, and the ability to take ownership of projects from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities
Community Growth
Grow DreamanDo‘s global community across multiple platforms.
Welcome and onboard every new community member.
Increase community engagement and long-term retention.
Encourage meaningful discussions and peer-to-peer support.
Develop initiatives that keep members returning regularly.
Community Experience
Create weekly discussion topics.
Organize community events and interactive challenges.
Celebrate student milestones and university admissions.
Foster networking, introductions, and accountability.
Build traditions that strengthen community culture.
Content & Engagement
Plan and publish engaging community content.
Write newsletters and community updates.
Identify trending topics relevant to international students. Repurpose student success stories and founder insights. Collaborate with the content team to maximize audience reach. Ambassador Program Recruit and manage Dreamando ambassadors worldwide. Build relationships with student communities. Support ambassadors in creating authentic content. Develop referral and advocacy initiatives. Partnerships Build relationships with student associations, universities, schools, and creators. Identify collaboration opportunities.
