Nhchisa Lodge in Balaka is seeking highly skilled and courteous tourism personnel to fill the following positions:

1. Chefs (2)

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role MSCE qualification required

2. Operations Manager (1)

Minimum 3 years of experience in operations management Diploma in a relevant field required

3. Food and Beverage (F&B) Manager (1)

Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B management Diploma in a relevant field required

4. Conference, Banquet, and Marketing Manager (1)

Minimum 2 years of experience in conference and banquet management or marketing MSCE qualification required

5. Bartender (2)

Minimum 2 years of experience in bartending MSCE qualification required

6. Waiter/Waitress (6)

Minimum 1 year of experience in food service MSCE qualification required

7. Room Steward (2)

Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a similar role MSCE qualification required

8. Receptionist (2)

Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or reception role MSCE qualification required

Requirements
