POSITION: SALES ASSISTANT (2 POSITIONS)

Location: Lilongwe

About the Role Earn Mwachangu is looking for energetic and ambitious Sales Assistants to support our sales team in driving employer partnerships and expanding our client base. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales, people, and growth. He or She will report to the Sales Associate.

Key Responsibilities • Support lead generation and outreach efforts • Engage potential clients and introduce company services • Assist in closing deals and onboarding clients • Maintain communication with customers • Support the sales team in achieving targets
