Job Description

The role at a glance: champion our valued customers to achieve their lifetime goals by identifying their financial needs, providing sound financial advice, recommending and implementing “fit for purpose” financial plans and solutions.
- Responsible for the procurement of new business.
- Expand sales of products and services with existing customers.
- Work mainly on own leads.
Responsibilities
- Customer Service – Provide quality service to customers while identifying opportunities to secure new business or support retention (processing cases, handling complex queries, investigating and resolving customer problems).
- Solutions Analysis – Analyze specific problems to find the best technical or professional solutions.
- Receiving Visitors – Assist visitors with information requests, referring complex matters to colleagues.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) – Schedule follow‑up actions, enter data into CRM, create call plans, and ensure quality data for retention and business development.
- Customer Needs Clarification – Set clear objectives for sales calls, tailor presentations, ask probing questions to evaluate interest and identify information needs.
- Customer Relationship Development / Prospecting – Develop and implement relationship management plans, build relationships with decision‑makers, enable two‑way information flow.
- Operational Compliance – Understand organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory codes to ensure compliance; obtain supervisor authorization for exceptions.
- Business Development – Monitor sales and market data to identify business development areas.
- Sales Opportunities Creation – Build a personal network, represent the organization at events, obtain market intelligence, enhance visibility.
- Data Exploration – Conduct research, select information, analyze themes and trends using primary data and business intelligence tools.
- Network of Influence – Participate in internal and external networks of people, technologies, and ideas.
