Position: HIV Advisor for Community Systems Strengthening & Sustainability Employer: Dexis Location: Malawi

Dexis is seeking a highly skilled HIV Advisor to support the Government of Malawi in advancing a country-led, high-impact, and sustainable HIV response.

Key Responsibilities

• Strengthen community health systems and governance structures
• Support development and implementation of national frameworks for community health systems strengthening
• Enhance coordination and partnerships among government, civil society, and implementing partners
• Lead development of social contracting frameworks and implementation roadmap
• Provide technical support on public contracting, procurement, and performance-based financing

Requirements

• Master's degree or higher in Public Health, Health Economics, Development Studies, Public Policy, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HIV/AIDS, public health, or health systems strengthening
• Demonstrated expertise in community systems strengthening, civil society engagement, and social contracting
• Strong analytical, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills
