We’re Hiring: Program Manager, Europe Role Overview The Program Manager, Europe, will lead People Powered’s contribution to Nets4Dem, a major EU-funded consortium comprising civil society organizations, cities, universities, and democracy innovators. This role involves designing impactful programs, facilitating cross-border partnerships, and supporting European institutions in citizen engagement efforts Key Responsibilities Develop and manage programs, learning journeys, peer exchanges, and practical tools for public institutions and partners Foster collaboration across sectors and borders, translating innovative ideas into tangible democratic change Steward partnerships within the Nets4Dem consortium and contribute to organizational strategy and fundraising efforts Engage with local governments, practitioners, researchers, funders, and movement leaders to promote participatory democracy Candidate profile Ideal candidates are comfortable navigating complex environments, building trust across cultures, and enthusiastic about collaboration. Prior European experience and the right to work in the EU are essential, with a strong encouragement for applicants from the Republic of Ireland.
