Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism or related field. Minimum of two years in a hotel front office department. Knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS), preferably Hotel Master. Strong communication and customer service skills. Attention to detail and ability to multitask. Ability to work overnight shifts.
