Recruitment Machines is connecting 1,000 recent graduates with Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) through a 6-month internship programme designed to build practical workplace experience, improve employability, and prepare young professionals for the demands of the modern workplace.

This is more than just an internship. It is an opportunity to gain practical experience, develop workplace skills, and demonstrate to employers that you are ready to contribute from day one.

Candidates will be assessed on: • Reliability and professionalism • Communication skills • Attitude and teamwork • Problem-solving and initiative • Adaptability • Digital skills • Technical capability

Who can apply: • Graduates who completed their studies within the last 3 years • Third-year students with a reference letter from their school may also apply • Applicants must meet the minimum employability standards • Must be willing to work with small and medium-sized businesses

Programme Information: • 6-month internship programme • Opportunity to gain practical experience with SMEs • Focus on developing workplace-ready skills • Successful candidates will be connected with participating SMEs

Programme Stipends: • Minimum Stipend: MWK 200,000 (physical) / MWK 100,000 (virtual) • Hybrid option includes transport refunds + the MWK 100,000 as indicated in the programme information
