Brown Trailer Manufacturers are manufacturers of Trailers, Truck Bodies, Fuel Tanks, Water Bowsers, Water Tanks, Data Cages, Dog Cages and Many More.

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Officer to join our team.

SALES RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Generate and close sales leads for trailers, skip bins, fuel trailers, farm trailers, water bowsers, flatbeds, and all fabrications
• Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing while maintaining company standards and profitability
• Conduct client visits and site assessments to understand customer needs
• Manage customer accounts and maintain strong relationships to drive repeat business
• Track sales performance and submit weekly/monthly sales reports to management
• Coordinate with production teams on specifications, timelines, and delivery
• Follow up on payments and ensure timely settlement of invoices
• Prepare and submit bids/tenders to government, NGOs, private organisations, and corporate clients
• Engage procurement teams to ensure compliance with tender requirements

MARKETING RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and product demand
• Manage digital platforms: Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, website
• Conduct market research to identify trends and new business opportunities
• Plan and execute campaigns for new product launches, exhibitions, and trade events
• Maintain brand consistency across all communication and advertising materials
• Collect customer feedback to guide product improvements and service enhancements

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
• 2–5 years experience in industrial sales, automotive, manufacturing, or construction equipment sales
