POSITION: SCHOOL SECRETARY

OVERVIEW
Holy Family Secondary school is seeking a dedicated and organised school secretary to join our team.

JOB DESCRIPTION
To provide administrative support to the school, manage office operations and be the first point of contact for students, parents and staff.

KEY DUTIES

1. Answer phone call, emails and welcome visitors
2. Manage students records, attendance and correspondence
3. Support the headteacher with scheduling and reports
4. Handle office supplies, filling and general administration
5. Maintain confidentiality at all times
6. Typing and printing school examinations

REQUIREMENTS

1. Minimum: MSCE Certificate +Certificate/Diploma in secretarial/office administration
2. Computer skills:MS Word, Excel and email
3. Excellent communication skills in English and Chichewa/Tumbuka
4. 1-2 years experience in a school or office setting preferred
5. Honest, reliable and professional
