Senior HIV Technical Advisor, Integration

Position: Senior HIV Technical Advisor, Integration Employer: Dexis Location: Malawi

Dexis is seeking a highly skilled Senior HIV Technical Advisor to support the Government of Malawi in advancing a country-led, high-impact, and sustainable integrated HIV response.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and programmatic recommendations for integrated service delivery models
• Support multisectoral stakeholder engagements and national dialogues on integrated care
• Document lessons learned and best practices in HIV integration
• Collaborate with national and subnational stakeholders to strengthen health services
• Conduct field visits and provide detailed observations and recommendations

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Public Health, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in public health, monitoring and evaluation in Malawi
• Demonstrated expertise in clinical and community-based HIV and health service delivery
• Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills in English and Chichewa
