Position: Sales and Marketing Officer

Equalz Solar Energy Solutions is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, and results-driven Sales and Marketing Officer to join its growing team.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary Package: Competitive salary plus an attractive sales commission

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell the company's products and services.

Identify and develop new business opportunities.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

Prepare sales reports and achieve assigned sales targets.

Develop and implement marketing campaigns.

Follow up with prospective and existing customers.

Represent the company professionally at all times.

Minimum Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Sales and Marketing or a related field.

1–2 years of experience in Sales and Marketing (preferred).

Experience in the solar industry will be an added advantage.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good negotiation and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Computer literacy is an added advantage.

Previous sales and marketing experience will be an added advantage.
