Dedza Eye Clinic and Opticals Dedza Eye Clinic and Opticals is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-oriented individual to join its team as a Receptionist. The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient front-office operations. Key Responsibilities - Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner. - Schedule appointments and maintain accurate patient records. - Respond to phone calls, emails, and general enquiries. - Process payments and issue receipts as required. - Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and welcoming. - Support day-to-day administrative activities within the clinic. Qualifications and Requirements - Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE). - A Certificate or Diploma in Marketing, Accounting, or a related field will be an added advantage. - Good communication skills in both English and Chichewa. - Basic computer proficiency and office administration skills. - Honest, reliable, organized, and customer-focused. - Ability to work professionally in a healthcare environment.
