📌 ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

FCB is looking for energetic, confident and motivated individuals to join its freelance network and support customer engagement, sales and brand activation initiatives.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: This is a freelance consultancy opportunity and does not constitute permanent employment with FCB. Successful candidates will be engaged on a performance-based commission structure depending on the assigned opportunity.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Engage potential customers and create awareness of FCB products and services.

Support customer acquisition activities, including customer onboarding and account opening initiatives.

Promote relevant banking solutions.

Provide customers with a positive FCB experience.

Identify opportunities within your community and build strong customer relationships.

Work towards agreed performance and customer engagement targets.

💡 TECHNICAL SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Confident and proactive, with the ability to engage with people.

Self-driven and able to work independently.

Customer service, sales, marketing or community engagement experience is an added advantage.

🎓 QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Minimum qualification: Any post-secondary school qualification.
