ABOUT CCM
Cotton Council of Malawi (CCM) was established by the Cotton Act of 2013, with the mandate to regulate, develop, and improve the cotton industry in Malawi. Its vision is to become a progressive regulator effectively contributing to the development of a sustainable cotton industry, with a mission to grow the cotton industry through standards and regulations, fair trade practices, sustainable innovation, information sharing, and a competent, committed workforce.

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The Office Assistant provides day-to-day support of office processes, administratively and logistically.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
👉 Cleaning offices
👉 Collecting and delivering mail
👉 Assisting with logistics of meetings, workshops, and seminars
👉 Assisting in arranging and filing documents
👉 Preparing refreshments
👉 Collecting and distributing work materials, documents, and consumables

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
👉 Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE)
👉 A minimum of three years' experience

SKILLS AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
👉 Attentive to detail
👉 Ability to work with a team
👉 Fluent in English and Chichewa, both oral and written
👉 Must be between 22 and 35 years of age
