🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to internal and external system users.
• Manage the ICT helpdesk and resolve technical issues.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of ICT systems and services.
• Analyse existing systems and recommend improvements.
• Ensure reliable operation and maintenance of ICT infrastructure.
• Gather user requirements and understand business processes.
• Evaluate hardware and software solutions for compatibility, scalability and security.
• Support system upgrades, integrations and optimisation.
• Prepare and maintain system documentation, user manuals and standard operating procedures.
• Provide ICT training and technical support to staff.
• Monitor emerging technologies and recommend appropriate practices.
• Prepare ICT systems support reports.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

Applicants must have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent qualification from a recognised institution.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in ICT systems support or a related field.
