VisionFund Malawi, a Christian mission driven microfinance institution, is seeking two passionate and results oriented Branch Managers. Reporting to the Regional Manager, the role involves leading branch operations, driving growth in deposits and loans, ensuring exceptional client service, and fostering a high performance culture rooted in integrity and accountability. Key Responsibilities: · Lead, recruit, and supervise branch staff. · Ensure client interactions reflect dignity and respect. · Drive business growth and maintain portfolio quality. · Oversee compliance with policies, BBM regulations and AML guidelines. · Manage branch budgets and submit timely reports. Minimum Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or Accounting. · At least 5 years in microfinance or banking operations. · Strong credit analysis and team leadership skills. · Proficiency in Excel and microfinance software (TFM/CME preferred).
