People First Foundation is looking for a passionate and qualified Early Childhood Teacher to join our team in Mzuzu, Malawi!

Do you have a heart for vulnerable children and a desire to make a lasting impact? This is your chance to help shape the future of 32 young learners at Umoza Academy.

What we are looking for:

• Passion for Early Childhood Development (ECD)
• Patience, creativity, and a nurturing spirit
• Minimum MSCE; ECD or Primary Education certificate/diploma preferred
• At least 1 year of teaching experience (formal or volunteer)
• Willingness to integrate character and Bible-based values into lessons
