Job Opportunity: Agrodealer Shop Attendant (Full-Time)

A growing and reputable agricultural input supplier in Malawi is looking for a Shop Attendant to support daily operations. The role involves assisting customers, managing stock, and ensuring smooth running of the shop in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Minimum Requirements:
• MSCE or JCE Certificate with strong passes in Mathematics and English
• Must be a Malawian citizen aged 20–30 years
• Available to work including weekends and public holidays
• Honest, disciplined, and trustworthy
• Good communication skills in English and Chichewa
• Friendly with strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of shop security and risk awareness
• Knowledge of agricultural inputs is an added advantage
• Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist and serve customers professionally
• Handle sales transactions and issue receipts
• Maintain accurate daily sales records and submit weekly reports
• Keep proper records of stock, cash, and customer feedback
• Monitor stock levels and support restocking processes
• Report any stock shortages, damages, or discrepancies
• Support product distribution and receive goods from suppliers
• Ensure deliveries are accurate and on time
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure shop environment
• Monitor shop activities and report any security concerns
• Follow all shop procedures and contribute to improving service delivery and sales
