POSITION: SALES & SHOP MANAGER (FEMALE ONLY)

Lily Meals is hiring a female sales and marketing expert to manage our retail shop in Area 18A, Lilongwe.

In this role, you will be the primary face of Lily Meals, running daily shop operations independently, driving sales, engaging with our online community, and guiding customers toward healthy food choices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Shop Operations & Front-of-House
  Welcome walk-in customers, maintain an organized shop, manage physical stock, and handle daily sales transactions.
• Customer Care & Consultation
  Master Lily Meals’ product lines to recommend the best products for customers’ health and dietary needs.
• Order Management & Sales
  Process phone, WhatsApp, and social media orders, ensuring smooth pickup and delivery coordination.
• Social Media Management
  Keep social channels active by responding to comments, answering inquiries, and posting regular updates.
• Sales Targets
  Meet weekly and monthly sales targets to earn performance-based commissions.
• Independent Management
  Work reliably as the sole on-site team member during operational hours.
