Role Overview

Support WHO Country Office in Vietnam to strengthen data-driven decision-making by developing reporting tools, analyzing performance indicators, producing dashboards, and preparing monitoring reports. The consultant will work with technical teams to implement and improve the WHO Results Framework while building staff capacity in monitoring, evaluation, and data analytics.

Requirements

•Master's degree in Information Management, Public Health, Epidemiology, Economics, Data Science, or related discipline
•Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
•Proven experience producing epidemiological updates, dashboards, analytical briefs, public health profiles, and monitoring frameworks
•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
•Experience with R or similar statistical software
•Knowledge of GIS software (QGIS or ArcGIS)
•Expertise in public health surveillance, epidemiology, and health information systems
•Strong data visualization and quantitative/qualitative analysis skills
•Expert English proficiency and good working knowledge of Vietnamese
•Experience with WHO or international organizations is advantageous
•Familiarity with AI/GenAI tools is desirable
