The role offers an opportunity for an experienced people and culture professional to contribute to Oxfam’s organisational priorities while supporting effective people management across its international operations.

People and Culture Business Partner – Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will contribute to people and culture priorities within Oxfam International, working with colleagues and stakeholders to support effective people management and organisational development.

Key areas of responsibility include:

Providing strategic and operational people and culture support.
Working closely with managers and teams on people-related priorities.
Supporting effective implementation of people policies, processes and practices.
Contributing to organisational development and a positive workplace culture.
Providing advice and guidance on people management matters.
Building effective relationships with internal stakeholders across the organisation.
Supporting people-focused initiatives aligned with Oxfam’s organisational objectives.

Contract and Location
The position is offered on a fixed-term contract of two years and is open to candidates based in any location where Oxfam has an established office or is legally able to hire or contract.

The position is classified at Job Grade C2.
