The organization is seeking a highly skilled consultancy to evaluate its decade-long Inequality Campaign, formerly known as the Even It Up campaign, which has been central to shaping global narratives around inequality since 2014.

Project Background
The Inequality Campaign (2019 rebranding of Even It Up) aims to shift public debate, influence policy reforms, and mobilize civil society to combat systemic inequality driven by political capture and market fundamentalism.

Spanning from 2014 to 2024, the campaign encompasses diverse global efforts focused on economic inequality, gender equality, public services, climate justice, and fiscal justice.

Purpose of the Evaluation
The evaluation will assess the campaign’s contribution to systemic change over ten years, with a focus on narrative change, public discourse, and impact on structural and relational conditions.

Findings will inform future strategies, demonstrate impact to donors, and enhance understanding of effective campaigning for systemic social change.

Key Responsibilities
Design and implement a mixed-methods evaluation approach, including contribution analysis, discourse analysis, case studies, and process tracing.
Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data through interviews, document review, media analysis, and supporter engagement metrics.
Develop a comprehensive evaluation report, including detailed case studies and strategic insights.
Facilitate validation workshops with stakeholders and deliver actionable recommendations.

Inception workshop and methodology finalization: 2 weeks
Data collection: 8 weeks
