With operations in Lilongwe and Mzuzu, the organization is a key provider of tertiary and community-based mental health services, early intervention, inclusive education for children with disabilities, vocational training, elderly care, psychosocial support, rehabilitation services, and university-level training in health-related disciplines. The organization invites applications from suitably qualified, experienced, and motivated individuals with high ethical standards and attention to detail to fill the following positions: Pharmacy Technician Position Overview Reporting to the Pharmacist, the Pharmacy Technician will support the delivery of pharmaceutical services under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist. Key Responsibilities Assist in the preparation, dispensing, and distribution of medications in accordance with prescriptions and hospital policies Maintain accurate patient medication records and pharmacy inventory Ensure proper storage and handling of pharmaceutical products Support medication management and stock control Monitor and report on drug usage and stock levels Ensure compliance with regulatory and professional standards Qualifications and Experience Diploma in Pharmacy Technology or equivalent from a recognized institution Registration with the relevant professional regulatory body Minimum of 1–2 years’ relevant work experience, preferably in a hospital setting Knowledge of psychiatric medications will be an added advantage Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team Willingness to work with people with mental health conditions Commitment to the organization’s Child and Vulnerable Adult Protection Policy Application Details Interested candidates should submit a detailed Curriculum Vitae and a cover letter, including the names and email contact details of three traceable referees, to: The Chief Executive Officer P.O.
