Position: Research Interviewer

Contract Duration: 4–5 weeks

Work Start Date: Friday, 30 October 2026

Remuneration: MWK 60,000 – MWK 90,000

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Manaya Innovations is seeking motivated and confident individuals to join its youth entrepreneurship programs as Research Interviewers.

The successful candidates will engage selected participants in interviews, document insights and help identify individuals interested in participating in entrepreneurship workshops.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct open and engaging interviews with selected candidates.
• Record interviews with participants’ permission.
• Take accurate and well-organized notes during interviews.
• Prepare clear summaries highlighting key findings and insights.
• Engage interested candidates and assist them in registering for workshops or joining the waiting list.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality throughout the interview process.

REQUIREMENTS

Applicants should:

• Be confident and comfortable communicating with people they do not know.
• Be curious, attentive and good at listening.
• Have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Be organized and able to produce clear, accurate notes and summaries.
• Have the ability to recognize opportunities to encourage interested candidates to take the next step.
• No prior work experience is required.
