We are Hiring multiple positions

1. CHEF (2 POST)
   KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma/Certificate in food production, culinary arts, professional cookery, hospitality management or related field.
• At least 1 years' service experience in a restaurant, lodge or commercial kitchen
• Applicant must possess the ability to maintain confidentiality and Professionalism at all times
• Applicants must demonstrate excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
• Applicants must be well groomed, attentive to detail, capable of working under pressure, and willingness to work shifts

DUTIES

• Prepare and cook quality meals for various events and clients in accordance with approved recipes & Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
• Collaborate with head chef in menu planning, recipe development and the preparation of special meals for conferences and functions
• Ensure efficient food production and service
• Monitor inventory levels, receive and inspect food supplies, ensure proper storage and stock rotation and minimize food wastage.

1. Waiter/ Waitresses (2 POST)
   KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma/Certificate in Hospitality or related field (preferred)
• At least 1 years' service experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Warm, people-oriented and service-minded
• Physically fit and comfortable working on your feet
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays

DUTIES

• Welcome and serve guests
• Take and communicate orders
• Respond to guest request and complaints
• Prepare dining areas
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness Perform other assigned duties.

1. Kitchen Porter (1 POST)
   KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent customer service
• Previous experience in bar (bartending skills)
• Ability to work in fast paced environment
• Professional, energetic and hardworking
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays

DUTIES

• Prepare and serve beverages efficiently and professionally
• Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar and ensure proper stock levels

1. Female Bartender (1 POST)
   KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent customer service
• Previous experience in bar (bartending skills)
• Ability to work at fast paced environment
• Professional, energetic and hardworking
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
