Role Overview

Deliver high-quality teaching aligned with the curriculum and the school's Christian ethos. Plan and deliver effective lessons using varied teaching strategies, assess student progress, maintain a positive learning environment, integrate ICT tools, and support students' holistic development through extracurricular engagement and mentoring. Uphold Christian values and safeguarding standards in all interactions.

Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject area
•Recognised teaching qualification
•Registration with relevant education authorities (where applicable)
•Strong subject knowledge in assigned discipline(s)
•Effective classroom management and teaching skills
•Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
•Proficiency in using ICT and digital tools for teaching
•Creativity, innovation, and critical thinking skills
•Ability to relate learning to real-life applications
•Strong moral character and commitment to Christian values
•Commitment to safeguarding and child protection
•Secondary school teaching experience (advantageous)
•For Science: ability to conduct practical/experimental lessons and manage laboratory equipment safely
•For Humanities: strong critical thinking, analysis, and research skills; ability to relate learning to society and current issues
•For Languages: proficiency in target language(s) and ability to develop communication skills
