Role Overview
Design, implement, and analyze national household surveys and census data. Prepare statistical reports for government and international partners, train junior statisticians, and ensure data quality. Collaborate with organizations such as the World Bank and UN agencies on statistical initiatives.
Requirements
- •Master's degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or related field
- •5+ years of experience in statistical analysis
- •Experience with national surveys (DHS, MICS, LSMS)
- •Proficiency in Stata, R, SPSS, or Python
- •Advanced statistical modeling and survey methodology
- •Data visualization and report writing skills
- •Team leadership and presentation abilities
- •Knowledge of GIS systems (advantageous)
- •Willingness to travel nationally for data collection
