Marketing Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote car hire services.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning.
• Manage advertising campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
• Coordinate promotional events and customer engagement activities.
• Prepare marketing reports and performance analyses for management review.
• Collaborate with the operations and fleet management teams to align marketing initiatives with service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and expenditures.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by monitoring feedback and implementing improvement initiatives.
• Perform any other duties as it may be required from time to time.

Requirements:

• Minimum of diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or Accountancy.
• At least two years of practical experience in marketing.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to design and execute marketing campaigns.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• A valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
