One Acre Fund seeks a Warehouse Operations Coordinator (JL5) to lead inventory management, warehouse planning, reporting, team leadership, and operational excellence within a regional warehouse. You'll be based in Zomba and work at various locations such as Maone, Zamkutu, and Mwandama. Key responsibilities: Oversee all warehouse activities (receiving, inspection, storage, picking, packing, dispatch); ensure FIFO inventory management; maintain accurate records in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other platforms; investigate discrepancies; support monthly reconciliation; supervise, coach, and support warehouse staff and casual labor teams; ensure compliance with safety standards; identify opportunities for process improvement; prepare operational reports.
