Position: Sales and Marketing Executives

Youth Net and Counselling (YONECO), through its Y Net Investments Marketing Section, is recruiting Sales and Marketing Executives to strengthen its sales and marketing operations.

Duty Stations

Zomba (covering Blantyre, Zomba, and the entire Southern Region)

Lilongwe

Mzuzu

Reporting to the Business Development Officer and YFM Station Manager, the successful candidates will manage relationships between YONECO, including YONECO FM (YFM), and its clients, customers, and target audiences. The role involves planning and implementing marketing campaigns, identifying new business opportunities, promoting YONECO products and services, and increasing organizational revenue through effective sales and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

Market Research

Monitor market trends and analyze competitor activities.

Campaign Planning

Assist in developing advertising and promotional campaigns across social media, print, and digital platforms.

Lead Generation

Identify potential clients and build strong business relationships.

Sales Execution

Conduct client meetings, deliver product presentations, and close sales.

Reporting

Track sales performance and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Extensive experience in sales, marketing, advertising, and brand management.

Experience in website design, content development, and copywriting.

Digital marketing and advertising expertise.

Experience using spreadsheets and other data collection and presentation tools.

Extensive knowledge of current and relevant markets.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
