SALES AND MARKETING EXECUTIVES

Locations: Zomba (covering Blantyre, Zomba and entire southern region), Lilongwe and Mzuzu

ABOUT THE ROLE:
YONECO has developed a Marketing Section under the Y Net Investments to oversee sales and marketing.
The Sales and Marketing Executives will develop marketing campaigns to promote a product, services or ideas for YONECO.
They will also promote YONECO Radio (YFM), YONECO products and services to customers and beneficiaries.

Reporting to: Business Development Officer and YFM Station Manager

KEY RESULTS AREAS:

• Market research:Studying market trends and checking what competitors do
• Campaign planning: Helping create ads for social media, print and digital channels
• Lead generation: Finding new clients and building business relationships
• Sales execution: Meeting clients, giving product presentations, and closing deals
• Reporting:Tracking sales data and checking if marketing campaigns work

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
• Extensive experience in sales, marketing, advertising, and brand management
• Experience in website design and content development; experience in copywriting
• Digital marketing/advertising expertise
• Experience crafting spreadsheets and other data collection/presentation methods
• Extensive knowledge of current and relevant markets
• Stellar written and oral communication skills
