One Young World Leading Scholarship 2026 — Fully Funded to Cape Town Summit

The One Young World Leading Scholarship 2026 is now open for applications, offering outstanding young leaders from underrepresented countries the opportunity to attend the One Young World Summit 2026 in Cape Town, South Africa. The scholarship is designed to identify and support young changemakers who are driving positive social, economic, environmental, or community impact and are committed to building a more sustainable and inclusive world. The summit will take place from 3–6 November 2026.
The scholarship covers full delegate access to the One Young World Summit in Cape Town, hotel accommodation between 2 and 6 November 2026, catering including breakfast, lunch and dinner, and the cost of travel to and from Cape Town. Scholars also tap into a global network of over 20,000 potential collaborators from 196 countries, gain access to exclusive Ambassador opportunities including speaking events, regional networking and mentoring sessions, and the chance to wave their country's flag at the Opening Ceremony.
Malawi is an eligible country and applications from Malawian young leaders are encouraged.
Experience & Qualifications: Applicants must be between 18 and 35 years old, demonstrate a strong commitment to creating positive change, be actively addressing local and/or global challenges through their work, and have a track record of developing innovative and impactful solutions and showing leadership potential and commitment to community development.
