Rhodes Scholarship 2027 — West & East Africa — Fully Funded Postgraduate Study at Oxford University

The Rhodes Trust has opened applications for the 2027 Rhodes Scholarship for the West Africa and East Africa constituencies. This is one of the world's most prestigious postgraduate scholarships, enabling outstanding young leaders from across Africa to study at the University of Oxford in the United Kingdom. The scholarship supports all disciplines — from science and technology to law, humanities and public policy.
The scholarship covers: full University of Oxford tuition fees, annual living stipend, return airfare to Oxford, health insurance costs, visa costs, and the UK International Health Surcharge. Scholars join a global network of Rhodes alumni who are among the world's most influential leaders.

Experience & Qualifications: Open to African citizens in the West and East Africa constituencies. Must be between 19 and 25 years of age. Exceptional academic record — first class or upper second class honours required. Demonstrated leadership, commitment to public service and the welfare of others.
