🏢 About the Company Capital Pharmaceuticals Limited is one of Malawi’s leading distributors of pharmaceutical products, medical equipment, laboratory reagents, hospital furniture, and healthcare consumables. 💼 Job Overview The successful candidate will oversee pharmaceutical logistics operations to ensure product quality, regulatory compliance, and efficient inventory management within warehousing and distribution systems. 🔑 Key Responsibilities • Ensure pharmaceutical products are properly stored and distributed • Monitor warehousing, packaging, and distribution compliance • Inspect warehouse facilities and maintain regulatory standards • Develop and implement SOPs for pharmaceutical management • Coordinate pharmaceutical logistics operations • Oversee stock management and prevent product expiry • Ensure quality assurance procedures are followed • Conduct stock-taking exercises and compile reports 🎓 Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor of Pharmacy (Master’s Degree is an added advantage) • Minimum 5 years’ managerial experience in pharmaceutical operations • Experience in pharmaceutical logistics and warehousing is an added advantage • Must be a licensed Pharmacist in good standing with PMRA 🧠 Skills & Competencies ✔️ Strong organizational and interpersonal skills ✔️ Results-oriented mindset ✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office ✔️ Ability to work with minimal supervision ✔️ Knowledge of pharmacy computer systems is an added advantage 🎁 Additional Benefits 🚘 Company Car 🏠 House Allowance 📩 How to Apply Interested candidates should submit their applications before the deadline indicated on the advert. ⏰ Deadline 🗓 23 May 2026
