The organization works with smallholder farmers by providing access to farm inputs, training, markets, processing, and distribution to improve farmer incomes and food security. ⸻ Job Overview GGEM Farming is looking for a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Lead to strengthen data systems, track organizational impact, and support evidence-based decision-making. The role will focus on measuring outcomes, improving learning systems, and generating credible impact reports. ⸻ Key Responsibilities ✔️ Design and manage MEL frameworks and measurement systems ✔️ Oversee data collection, integration, and quality management ✔️ Produce analytical reports and performance insights ✔️ Support impact reporting and fundraising efforts ✔️ Lead evaluation readiness and learning initiatives ✔️ Develop surveys and field data strategies ✔️ Support data-driven decision-making across programmes
Key Focus Area The role will help answer an important impact question: 🌱 “Are farmers earning more, and why?”
