Role Purpose We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant to provide strategic and administrative support to the CEO’s Office. The ideal candidate will operate with a high level of professionalism, exercise sound judgement, and anticipate executive needs in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements • A strong faith in Jesus Christ, and a calling to this ministry. • Minimum of 5 years’ experience supporting senior executives, • Exceptional organizational, planning, and multitasking capabilities with strong attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally at all levels • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and under pressure • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information • A Degree in business administration or any relevant field.
Key Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive executive support to the CEO , ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and effective time management • Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and logistics, including high-level meetings, travel arrangements, and itineraries • Prepare and coordinate high-quality briefing materials, reports, presentations, and correspondence with strict confidentiality and accuracy • Serve as a key point of contact and liaison between the CEO, leadership team, and internal and external stakeholders • Coordinate Board meetings, executive committees, leadership retreats, and strategic planning sessions, including agenda preparation and minute-taking • Screen, prioritize, and manage incoming communications, ensuring timely and appropriate responses to critical matters • Organize and manage executive events, including offsite meetings, conferences, and organisation functions • Maintain efficient filing systems, records management, and document control to ensure accessibility and version accuracy • Anticipate executive needs, proactively resolve issues, and support decision-making through effective information management
