This programme is designed to support collaboration between European and Sub-Saharan African organisations, encouraging cultural exchange, joint creativity, and meaningful social impact. Focus Areas Projects can be in fields such as: • Arts and creative industries • Education and digital innovation • Gender and human rights • Cultural heritage • Sustainability and youth engagement Selected projects must be built on strong, balanced partnerships that emphasise co-creation and shared learning among all participants.
