Call for Youth Leaders

NxtGen Labs, working in partnership with Digital Opportunity Trust and the Mastercard Foundation, is inviting applications for the Youth Leadership Program under the Going Beyond Project. The program is open to young people aged 18–35 who are passionate about helping other youth grow in entrepreneurship and are ready to take part in an 8-month leadership development journey. 📍 Eligible locations Lilongwe: Mitundu, Chinsapo, Area 25 (Ngwangwa), Airwing (Chitipi NRC), and Area 23 (Nkhoma) Ntcheu District: Sharp Valley Telecentre, Senzani, and Ntcheu Boma What participants will gain • Training in digital and leadership skills • Mentorship and career development support • Practical experience training and guiding young entrepreneurs Young women and persons with disabilities are highly encouraged to apply.
