POSITION: ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT

Location: Blantyre

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be a female
• Diploma or Degree in a relevant field
• Excellent in English writing, speaking
• Excellent in handling high level management matters, financial matters, confidential information.
• Experience in medical scheme reconciliation such as MASM claims and remittance.
• Excellent in writing minutes, organizing meetings, booking appointment for executives and management.
• Excellent in computer skills, all basic applications and internet.
• Able to make flyers and video clips for marketing and advertisement of the LifeCare services.
• Excellent in customer care service.
• Excellent in working independent without supervision.
• Excellent in dressing decent clothing.
• Well committed, matured and a fast learner.
• Willing and ready to relocate to Chigumula area.
• Excellent in team work spirit.
• At least with relevant experience
• Willing to learn new things and to work in old hours.
