They are seeking two Business Development Executives to drive market growth, acquire new clients, and expand the company's presence across Malawi. Key responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, preparing business proposals and presentations, meeting sales targets, collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction, and tracking market trends.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Proven experience in business development or sales. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated with ability to meet targets. Knowledge of the construction or interior design industry is an added advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
