Workflow Modelling/Business Process Specialist (2600617)
Location: Home-Based Closing Date: 10/Apr/2026 Contract: PSA, up to 30 days
Job Summary
The specialist will map and analyze FAO’s procurement and legal workflows to improve operational efficiency and transparency. This involves process documentation, proposing optimizations, and delivering workflow diagrams.
Key Responsibilities
Model current workflows based on documentation. Identify gaps and recommend improvements. Develop future workflow scenarios. Present findings and recommendations.
Qualifications
Degree in law, management, engineering, or related fields. Minimum 10 years’ experience in process modelling. Proficiency in process mapping tools. Strong analytical skills.

Advanced University degree from an institution recognized by the International Association of Universities (IAU)/UNESCO in in Law, Economics, Business Administration, Logistics, Management Engineering, or any other discipline relevant to the work of the Organization. Certification as an ISO 9001 auditor, or a similar qualification. At least 10 years of relevant experience in non-manufacturing quality assurance, including process workflow modelling and/or business process design/mapping. Full proficiency/Working knowledge of English.
