Smart Deliveries, a leading courier & delivery service in Malawi, is looking for a dedicated and reliable Office Cleaner to join their dynamic team. We specialize in timely & secure deliveries for businesses & individuals across the country.

Job Summary We need a successful candidate to maintain cleanliness & hygiene in the office premises, follow company standards, and perform duties with efficiency, attention to detail, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean & maintain office premises (floors, desks, windows, restrooms).
• Empty waste bins & dispose of refuse properly.
• Dust & sanitize furniture, equipment & surfaces regularly.
• Replenish cleaning supplies & report shortages.
• Ensure restrooms are clean, stocked & hygienic at all times.
• Follow cleaning procedures & health & safety standards.
• Report damages, faults or maintenance issues.
• Keep reception & meeting rooms spotless.
• Assist with minor office support tasks when needed.
• Maintain a neat, tidy & presentable work environment always.

Preferred Qualifications

• Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE) or equivalent.
• Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of basic cleaning methods & equipment use.
• Attention to detail & strong sense of cleanliness.
• Physically fit to perform cleaning duties.
• Ability to follow instructions & work with minimal supervision.
• Good time management & reliability.
• Basic understanding of health & safety practices.
