Job Title: RFP: Translation and/or Interpretation Providers Job Location: Remote Closing Date: June 1, 2026 Contract: Ongoing, as-needed basis (initial one-year contract with renewal options)
The goal is to support ongoing and future language service needs, providing high-quality interpretation and translation services in various languages.
Scope of Services Interpretation Services Simultaneous and/or Consecutive Interpretation for virtual or in-person meetings, conferences, and events. Translation and Related Services Written translation, editing, and transcription of documents, reports, surveys, and presentations. Localization and cultural adaptation of materials. Language consulting, including support for building multilingual resources.
Languages of Interest Arabic Filipino/Tagalog French Spanish (Latin America)
Submission Requirements Applicants should follow the outlined format, limit proposals to 5 pages (excluding CVs and forms), and submit by the deadline. Shortlisted candidates may be invited for virtual presentations Contract Terms
Global Fund for Women will offer either fixed-fee or effort-based rates, with a maximum fee cap. The initial contract is for one year, with the possibility of renewal for four additional years.
Evaluation and Award Process
Proposals will be assessed based on adherence to instructions, eligibility, technical specifications, and value to the organization. The organization reserves the right to negotiate, issue partial awards, or cancel the RFP at any time.

Eligibility and Qualifications Proven experience in professional translation and interpretation. Native or near-native fluency in target languages and strong English skills. Familiarity with social justice, grantmaking, and feminist philanthropy terminology. Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple assignments. Proficiency with collaboration tools (Zoom, Outlook, Word). For interpreters: expertise with live interpretation via Zoom. Effective invoice and payment management skills.
